Learn ,How to Take Print a Password Protected PDF File with Google Drive


I have stored PDF files in Google Drive ,but i do not know ,how take print a Password Protected PDF File ,then how to learn this technique ,here i explained complete procedure.

The author of a PDF file can sometimes add certain restrictions to protect the document. For example, PDF files may be password protected and recipients must enter the same password before opening the file. In other cases, PDF Creator can add printing restrictions that prevent other users from printing the document.

Here is an example of PDF files that anyone can download and view, but which is protected by printing. When you open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader or another PDF viewer, the print option is disabled as shown in the previous screen.

HOW TO PRINT SECURED PDF FILES


A search on Google reveals various software, both free and paid, promising to unlock promised PDF files. You do not need to install software because Google Drive can eliminate print restrictions for PDF files.

That is how:

Go to drive.google.com and upload the protected PDF file. Double-click the file loaded in Google Drive to open it in the integrated file viewer.

Then click on the "Print" icon in the preview window and the system print dialog box appears. Now you can send the secure PDF to one of your printers without having to enter the password.



HOW TO UNLOCK PROTECTED FILES PERMANENTLY


In our previous example, we were able to successfully print a secure PDF file through Google Drive, but our original file still has the same printing restrictions.

To permanently unblock the PDF file and remove all printing restrictions, follow these steps:

Download the PDF file to Google Drive and double-click to open the file.
Click on the Print icon on the drive preview unit and the print window will appear.
Press the Cancel button to close the print window and click the down arrow to download the PDF file from the Unit to your desktop.
The downloaded file has been unlocked and all printing restrictions have been removed. See the video guide for a step-by-step guide.

You can use a similar technique to remove PDF passwords from any file.
