This URL is known as a "subdomain" and is used to identify your blog on the internet. For example, if your blog's name is "myblog," your blog's URL would be "myblog.blogspot.com."

In short, Blogger is a free platform that allows you to create and manage a blog, and Blogspot is the domain extension that is used for blogs created with Blogger.
