Recently ,i wonder about Sleeping Apps which will help you sleep better that means ,these will track your sleeping duration,measures your sleep patterns from bedtime to till morning .which also saves sleep graphs,sleep statistics,lullabies to fall asleep?plays nature lullabies such as sea, chants, whales,records your sleep talk and snoring so that you can track them,follow ups sleep respiration such as sleep phaser, oximetry or sonar. Which creates at least 25 graphs mentioning different aspects of your sleep.in this post ,i posting three Apps which i have been read.
